In the UK 2.5Million people work in Construction, recent research published by CITB says the industry will grow by 2.9% over the next 5 years this will create 224,000 new jobs. The future of the Construction industry is about building a good talent pipeline but it is also about upskilling our existing leaders to build effective, innovative, empowered teams.
A challenge that continues to affect the Construction industry is the lack of time available to assess leadership competencies beyond annual or quarterly reviews and also without human bias.
