Who is it for?
The EPAR is ideal for senior managers, directors or any candidate working at a strategic level in the construction industry who aspire to Chartered membership but may not have the time to undertake courses of study. The EPAR is a direct route into Chartered membership which allows candidates to demonstrate their knowledge and skills at UK Bachelor degree level through a written report and extended oral interview.
How much experience do you need?
Candidates must be working at a strategic level in the construction industry and have typically worked in the industry for 10 years or more. Some candidates who have less experience will also be suitable for the programme.
What does it involve?
Candidates complete an extended written report based on their work experience which will form the basis of an oral examination lasting approximately one hour. Upon successful completion of this oral exam, candidates immediately progress to a Professional Review interview for Chartered membership.
